Information from other sources

In the course of recruiting and executive search work we may collect professional information about candidates from publicly available and professional sources, including LinkedIn and other professional networking sites, company websites, published directories, professional associations, industry publications, and referrals from mutual professional contacts. We may also receive information from employers and clients about roles and candidates, and, where you have authorized it, from your listed references and from background or verification services engaged by an employer.

We do not purchase, rent, or import marketing lists of telephone numbers, and we never obtain your consent to receive text messages from a third party. Consent to receive text messages from RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC is always given by you, directly to us.

4. SMS text messaging privacy

This section describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent. It applies in addition to our SMS Terms & Conditions.

What we send

RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC sends conversational, business-related text messages to candidates, hiring managers, clients, referral partners, and existing professional contacts. Messages relate to recruiting opportunities, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, hiring updates, client communications, business scheduling, and recruiting conversations. We do not send mass marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.

How we obtain consent

We send text messages only to individuals who have given us prior express consent, obtained directly from that individual through one of the methods described on our Contact page: checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form; giving verbal consent during a recruiting call or meeting after hearing our disclosure; giving written consent by email, application, or intake form; or by texting our business number first.

How we use your mobile number

We use your mobile number to send and receive the messages described above, to maintain a record of your consent and of any opt-out request, and to comply with applicable law and mobile carrier requirements.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information sharing described in Section 5 below expressly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting out

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us, or by emailing [email protected] or calling (832) 956-0867. We will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. We retain a record of your opt-out request in order to honor it.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at [email protected] or (832) 956-0867.

Message and data rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for a position, of being considered for or receiving any role, of employment, or of any purchase or service from RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not share personal information with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes.

• With prospective employers and clients. With your knowledge, we present candidate information — such as your resume, work history, and qualifications — to employers hiring for roles you have expressed interest in.

• With candidates. We share role details and relevant employer contact information with candidates being considered for a position.

• With service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf and under contract, solely to provide services to us. These include our website host, email provider, telephone and messaging provider, applicant tracking and CRM systems, scheduling tools, cloud storage, and professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys. Service providers are contractually restricted from using the information for their own purposes.

• For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC, our clients, our candidates, or the public.

• In a business transfer. If RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

• With your direction. We share information with any other party when you ask us to.

All of the above categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Information we do not sell

RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under United States state privacy laws. We have not sold or shared personal information for such purposes in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses only the cookies necessary for the website platform to operate and, where enabled, basic first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use the Site to serve targeted advertising and we do not permit third-party advertising networks to collect information through the Site. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through browser settings; the Site remains usable if you do so.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide recruiting and search services, to maintain our professional network, and to comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Candidate records are generally retained for the duration of our professional relationship and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can contact you about future opportunities. Records of SMS consent and SMS opt-out requests are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law and mobile carrier requirements. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 10.

9. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include access controls, encrypted transmission of data to and from the Site, use of reputable vendors, and limiting access to personal information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy choices and rights

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email, or email us and ask to be removed.

• Phone calls. Ask us at any time to stop calling you.

• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information. Contact [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

• Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

11. State privacy rights

Residents of Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (which we do not engage in), and to appeal a denial of a request. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome and of your right to contact your state attorney general.

12. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults in the workforce. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

RAEGAN HILL GROUP LLC operates in the United States and our services are directed to the United States market. If you access the Site or provide information from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
